3. Your job title targeting is unclear. Applying to Product Manager roles with a resume headlined Software Engineer and no bridging evidence reads as a mismatch to both software and humans.
Fix all three the same way: simple format, and one resume version per role type with the honest keywords of that role woven into real bullets.
Reasons 4–6: the human was not convinced

5. No proof of scale or scope. Recruiters look for numbers, users, size, and ownership within seconds. 6. Red flags you did not notice: unexplained gaps, placeholder junk left from templates, inconsistent dates, or a five-page resume for a three-year career.
The fifteen-second test
