2 Your personalised review

You will get specific answers on:

  • Whether your headline is doing any work in recruiter search
  • What the first 300 characters of your About actually say
  • Whether your experience shows results or only duties
  • Which keywords for your target role you are missing
  • The small profile settings that quietly hide you

How it works

  1. 1. Export your profile

On LinkedIn, open your profile → MoreSave to PDF.

  2. 2. Upload or paste

Drop the PDF in, or paste your headline, About and skills.

  3. 3. We check what recruiters search

Headline, skills and the visible part of About — weighted the way recruiter search weights them.

  4. 4. Get your score and fixes

A score out of 100, the keywords you are missing, and what to change.

Common questions

Do I have to connect my LinkedIn account?

No, and you cannot — LinkedIn stopped giving apps access to profile data in 2023. Anyone offering to "connect and optimise" your LinkedIn is either a LinkedIn partner or is asking for your password. We use the PDF LinkedIn itself exports, or whatever you type in.

How is my score calculated?

Nine checks, weighted by how much attention each field gets in recruiter search: headline first, then skills, then the first ~300 characters of About, then how your experience reads. Every problem found costs points, so the score traces back to specific fixes rather than a black box.

Is my data stored or shared?

No. The review runs inside the request and nothing is written to a database. There is no account attached to it either way, and no file is kept.

What if I don't have the PDF?

Paste your headline, About and skills instead — those are the three fields the review weighs most heavily. The PDF is a shortcut, not a requirement.

Is this the same as an ATS check?

No. An ATS reads your resume after you apply. Recruiter search decides whether a recruiter finds you at all. Different problem, different rules — for the resume side, use the free ATS checker.

How often can I use it?

As often as you like. It is free, needs no account, and there is no limit — change your headline, run it again, see whether the score moves.
