What does ReachRole do for a placement cell?
ReachRole gives students a guided place to assess and improve resumes, build portfolios, practise interviews, follow career roadmaps, and track applications. The placement team gets a secure dashboard showing participation, resume status, scores, and students who may need support.
Can the college read a student's resume?
No. The partner dashboard shows the student's name and email, whether a resume has been uploaded, and the best score recorded. Private resume content is not displayed. Students are told that entering a college code connects these progress signals to their college dashboard.
What does placement readiness mean?
On the current college report, readiness is based on preparation signals such as whether a resume has been assessed and the best ATS score recorded. It is a preparation indicator, not a prediction that a student will be hired.
How much work is required from the TPO?
ReachRole sets up the college code and partner access. Students create and improve their own profiles. The placement team reviews progress in the dashboard and can use the weekly summary to decide where guidance is needed.
Is ReachRole free for colleges?
The current college partnership, placement portal, and tracking are free for the college. Students can use the free plan and may choose to buy a higher-limit pass themselves. The founding-campus offer shown here provides additional Pro access for selected campuses.
How is student data handled?
Students control their career profiles. ReachRole does not sell personal information. Dashboard access is limited to authorized placement-team accounts, and private resume content is not shown in the college report. Read the Privacy Policy for the complete terms.
