ReachRole exists because applying for jobs in India means rewriting the same resume forty times and never finding out why it was filtered out. We build the tools that tell you.
ReachRole is an applicant-tracking-system (ATS) resume checker and job-search toolkit built for the Indian market. You paste a job description, upload your resume, and get a match score with the specific keywords and sections that are missing — then a builder, cover-letter generator, LinkedIn review, public portfolio page and interview-question bank to act on it. There is a free tier that does not require an account for a first scan.
ReachRole is built and operated by Shivani S, its co-founder, working with a small group of contractors on design and content. There is no editorial department and no anonymous content farm behind this site — the person whose name is on a guide is the person who wrote it.

There is no secret “ATS database”: no vendor publishes one, and any site claiming to test against real Naukri or Workday internals is guessing. We show you what we compared so you can disagree with it.
