Refund Policy
ReachRole Pro comes with a simple 7-day money-back guarantee. This page explains exactly what is refundable, how to ask, and how long refunds take.
If you purchase ReachRole Pro — either the 3-month pack or the monthly subscription — and it is not right for you, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund the full amount of that charge. No forms, no questions beyond what helps us improve.
Pro 3-month pack (one-time payment): fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days the pack is non-refundable, and access continues until the end of the 3-month period.
Pro monthly subscription: the most recent monthly charge is refundable within 7 days of that charge. Earlier months are not refundable. You can stop future charges anytime with the "Cancel auto-renew" button in your profile — Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Free plan: there is nothing to refund — it is free forever and needs no card.
Email contact@reachrole.app from the email address on your ReachRole account, with the subject "Refund request". Include the approximate purchase date. We confirm every request within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued through Razorpay to your original payment method — UPI, card, or bank account. Razorpay typically completes refunds within 5–7 business days; card refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank. When a refund is processed, your plan returns to Free and your data stays intact.
The guarantee exists so you can try Pro without risk, not as a way to get free AI usage repeatedly. We may decline refunds for accounts that repeatedly purchase and refund, or that show clear abuse of usage limits during the refund window.
