Do Indian freelancers even need a resume?
Yes, more than employees do. Enterprise clients ask for a CV before signing a contract, Upwork and Fiverr use your resume to fill the profile fields recruiters filter on, and visa or GST-registered client onboarding almost always requires one. A project-based resume is different from an employment one, which is what the free template on this page covers.

What about GST, PAN, and invoicing?
