Terms of Service
ReachRole provides resume analysis, job-specific resume tailoring, cover letter generation, and application tracking tools. These terms explain how the product should be used.
You may use ReachRole to upload resumes, receive ATS-style feedback, generate tailored resume versions, create cover letters, and track job applications. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
ReachRole uses AI to help draft and improve career documents. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific employer. You must review, edit, and verify every resume, cover letter, score, recommendation, and application note before using it.
ReachRole does not guarantee interviews, job offers, ATS approval, recruiter responses, salary outcomes, or employment results.
You retain responsibility for the resumes, job descriptions, profile details, and application information you upload or enter. You must have the right to use and process that content. Do not upload confidential, illegal, harmful, or third-party documents that you are not authorized to use.
Some features, including job-specific tailored resumes and cover letters, may require a paid Pro subscription. Android subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Subscription availability, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods may be governed by Google Play policies in addition to these terms.
Paid access is activated only after server-side verification of the purchase. If payment verification fails, expires, is cancelled, or is revoked, Pro access may be disabled.
You agree not to misuse ReachRole, attempt to bypass usage limits or paid feature controls, reverse engineer the service, overload the API, scrape protected systems through ReachRole, upload malicious files, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful hiring or application activity.
The tracker helps you organize job applications, statuses, links, and generated documents. ReachRole is not a job board and does not submit applications to employers or third-party portals on your behalf unless a specific supported integration is clearly provided.
ReachRole Apply is an optional Chrome extension that captures a job posting into your tracker, fills application forms with details you saved to your ReachRole profile, and opens the tailoring tools for a posting. It is a typing aid, not an application service. It does not submit forms, click apply buttons, or send applications to employers on your behalf. You remain responsible for reviewing every field before you submit an application, and for the accuracy of what you submit.
The extension does not fill passwords, one-time passcodes, card, UPI, bank, or government identity number fields, and will not overwrite a value you entered yourself. Job sites may change their layouts at any time, so field detection can be incomplete or occasionally wrong. Check the form before submitting.
You are responsible for using the extension within the terms of the job sites you visit. Some sites restrict automated interaction, and it is your responsibility to comply with the rules of any site where you use it. We may change supported sites, limits, or availability, and a site may block the extension without notice.
Capturing a job to your tracker counts toward your plan's application limit in the same way as adding one inside ReachRole. AI tailoring from the extension consumes the same paid entitlements as tailoring on the web.
We may update features, limits, pricing, supported platforms, AI providers, or availability as the product evolves. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security, billing, legal, or operational risk.
ReachRole is provided as a productivity tool for job seekers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for employment decisions, rejected applications, lost opportunities, inaccurate AI output, third-party platform issues, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
