Common questions
Do all campus placements use an ATS?
No. Processes vary by company and college. This check helps make the resume readable and relevant whether the first reviewer is software or a person.
Should a fresher campus resume be one page?
One page is a useful default when experience is limited. Keep more space only for strong, relevant evidence and follow any college or employer rule.
Should I include 10th and 12th marks?
Include them if the drive notice or application form requires them. Otherwise prioritise your degree, relevant skills, projects and internships.
