How will real stories get added here?
Only with explicit permission from the person, using their real details. That's a separate, ongoing process from building this page's structure, and it takes time to collect stories honestly rather than fabricate them.
Can I share my own story?
Yes — reach out through the contact page. A real, specific story (what changed, how long it took, what role you landed) is far more useful to someone reading this page than a vague success claim.
Why not just write realistic-sounding example stories instead of leaving placeholders?
Because a realistic-sounding but fake story is more misleading than an honest placeholder, not less — a reader has no way to tell a well-written fabrication from a real one, and that's the harm placeholders avoid.
What should I do while waiting for real stories to appear here?
