It functions like an off-campus drive but is organised collectively — check with your placement cell whether your college participates in any pool-campus arrangements, since eligibility to attend is often still gated by your own college registering you.

How to verify a drive is real

Confirm the exact same drive is listed on the company's own official careers page, not only on a third-party WhatsApp forward.
Check the domain of any registration link matches the company's real domain, not a lookalike.
No off-campus or walk-in drive should ever ask you to pay a fee to register or attend — see the job scams guide for the full pattern.
If a "college" is hosting a pool-campus drive you've never heard of, verify it independently before travelling, especially for an unfamiliar city or venue.
A drive with no clear company name, only a vague "MNC hiring" description, is a reason to verify harder, not apply faster.
