Is ReachRole only an ATS checker?
No — ReachRole is a full job application workflow tool. It checks your ATS score, tailors your resume for specific jobs, generates cover letters, lets you practice interview questions, and tracks applications. The ATS score is just the starting point.
Do I need an account to check my ATS score?
No — you can upload a resume and get a teaser ATS score without any account. A free account unlocks the full report and saved reviews. Tailored resumes and cover letters need Pro.
Which file formats does ReachRole support?
PDF and DOCX — the two formats most common in job applications. ReachRole extracts the text, analyses it, and lets you download improved versions in both formats.
Is my resume data private?
Yes. Guest upload files are not retained, and unclaimed guest scans expire after 24 hours. Resumes saved to an account stay private and are never published automatically. We do not sell your personal information, and you can permanently delete your account data from settings.
How much does Pro cost?
Two passes, both one-time payments: ₹499 for a 90-day pass, or ₹299 for a 30-day pass. Neither auto-renews and there is nothing to cancel — the pass simply ends. Most job searches run about three months, so the 90-day pass usually works out cheaper.
How do payments and refunds work?
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, and netbanking are all supported. We never see or store your payment details. If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. See the refund policy for details.
Do I have to connect my LinkedIn account for the profile review?
No. Upload a PDF exported from your LinkedIn profile, or paste your headline, About section and skills. You do not need to share your LinkedIn password or connect your account. No signup is needed to see your score. Review your profile free.
Does the Chrome extension apply to jobs for me?
No — and it won't. The extension fills the form so you stop retyping the same details, captures the job into your tracker, and opens the tailoring tools. You still read the form and press apply yourself. It never submits, never overwrites what you typed, and never fills a password, OTP or payment field. Autofill and job capture are free on every plan. Does it replace a human career coach?
