We give you a code
A short code for your institution, like IITD. Email us and we will set it up the same day.

Students enter it at signup
Share the code however you already reach students — notice board, WhatsApp group, orientation email. They type it when they create their free account.

You get a weekly email
Every Monday, a short summary of how your cohort is doing. Forward it upward, or ignore it. There is nothing to check.
What we will not do
Student resumes belong to students, and we would rather say that plainly than bury it.
We do not show you individual resumes.The report carries cohort totals only — never names, email addresses, or individual scores.
We do not create accounts for students.A student joins your cohort by typing the code themselves. Nobody is enrolled without knowing.
We do not take their data when they leave.On graduation a student keeps their account and their resumes. They just stop appearing in your report.
We do not sell student data.Not to recruiters, not to anyone. Read the Privacy Policy if you want the detail.
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes — for your students and for the college. Students who want higher limits can upgrade themselves for ₹499 covering three months, but nothing about the partnership requires anyone to pay, and we do not take a cut from the college.
Why are you offering this for free?
Honestly: because students who find ReachRole through their college are how the product grows. You get a genuinely useful report, we get students who might not have found us otherwise. It only works if the report is actually worth your time, so tell us when it is not.
How many students do we need?
No minimum. The report works for a batch of thirty as well as three thousand.
Can we get more detailed reporting?
Larger institutions sometimes want branch-level or batch-level breakdowns. That is not built yet — email us with what you need and we will tell you honestly whether and when we can do it.
Who runs ReachRole?
It is a small independent product built in India, not a large company. That means you can email and get a real answer, and it also means we would rather under-promise than sell you something we cannot deliver.
